Terms and Conditions of Game Night
Welcome to J. Clark Educational Enterprises, LLC! We are excited to have you and your child join our program. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions carefully as they outline our expectations and responsibilities for both parents and students. Please note: Completing this enrollment form does not guarantee admittance into the game night program. Enrollment is subject to availability and you will be notified via email or direct phone contact upon acceptance for the requested game nights.
Payments for the requested game night must be made on or by the Friday the week prior for the child's spot in game night to be reserved. This aids in our team making the proper preparations for each game night. Failure to make payment may result in loss of placement for the requested game night.
Parents are responsible for agreeing to the terms and conditions set by our company. Students must agree to follow the rules and directions given by personnel, be respectful, and arrive on time. Failure to abide by these terms may result in dismissal or early pick up from the program.
Our youth game night runs from 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm and parents must pick up their child promptly at 8:00 pm. Any student picked up after 8:00 pm may be subject to the following late pick up charges:

$25 between the times of 8:00 pm - 8:15 pm.

$50 between the times of 8:15 pm - 8:30 pm.

$75 between the times of 8:30 pm - 8:45 pm.

$100 between the times of 8:45 pm - 9:00 pm.
After this time, if the child is not picked up, the local law enforcement may be contacted to retrieve your child as their safety and well-being is our ultimate responsibility.
