Terms of Use and services
On behalf of J.Clark Educational Enterprises, LLC, we would like to thank you for allowing
us to serve your educational needs. It has been our honor and privilege to serve over the past years.
Beginning August 1, 2024, there are a few changes in policy taking effect in order to provide
more high-quality services to our clients. The changes that will take effect on August 1, 2024 are
as follows:

Tutoring hourly rate will be $30 per hour.

There is a $30 monthly resource fee to cover the cost of the materials, licenses, and programs used in the tutoring sessions.

All monthly resource fees must be paid by the first week of the month.

All scheduled, ongoing sessions must be paid whether the sessions are attended or not.

No call, no show sessions may result in immediate withdrawal from the program.

Any session cancelled or postponed by the company will not acquire a cost.
I also acknowledge that results for students vary by student. Enrolling my student in this program does not automatically guarantee that I will see an increase in my student's academic performance, as there are multiple facets of education that all impacts the students learning.
I give permission for my student to participate in the program and agree to make the agreed upon payments. I acknowledge that my student may be discontinued from the program if my student fails to comply with instructions given or I fail to make the tuition payment. I acknowledge that if I am dissatisfied with the services provided, I can withdraw my student at any point. However monies already paid will not be refunded.
